Coffee
As the community is our focus, it is equally important that we provide a quality place for people to hang out in, with some of the best artisan Coffees and Loose leaf teas in the market. Our Coffee is sourced from Has Bean who have a great approach to both sourcing great coffee beans, working closely with farmers to get the best crops year in year out, and paying way above the fair trade price level. Our trained Baristas can help you find the right drink for you if you are unsure.
What we like
This is like a latte only slightly more coffee about it. Silky milk poured over a double espresso in an 8oz cup.
Often an overlooked drink due to the bulk brewing systems out there. We only pour over single origin filter coffee made to order. Freshly ground with 18grams of coffee per cup and may take around 4 minutes to prepare and pour. But it is worth the wait. If you are used to a milky coffee, it is worth trying our filter black - you may well be surprised.
Its one of our dessert drinks. Espresso mixed with chocolate sauce, and 14oz of silky steamed milk, topped with cream, Mars Bar chunks and chocolate drizzle. Treat yourself.

Shot or espresso with a dollop of foam
espresso topped with steamed milk and one third foam. add sprinklings of choc, cinnamon or nutmeg should you please.

Tea
At Cielo we only serve loose leaf tea because we know you want more than a drink - you want an experience. All our teas are served in pots for one on a small wooden tray. Best infused for 3 minutes and then lovingly poured.
Loose Leaf
BRIGHT CRISP LIGHT A traditinal Fairtrade breakfast tea made from a blend of African and Indian teas. Lighter and less malty than others, it is best consumed sweetened with a dash of milk.
DELICATE BERGAMOT DRY Premium black leaf tea with natural bergamot oil and vibrant blue cornflowers.
ORGANIC HONEY BARK FRESH Also known as red bush. A naturally caffeine free African shrub which shares many similarities with black tea. A fresh woody flavour. Very high in antioxidants. Caffeine free.
TINGLY FRESH MINTY Quite possibly the best peppermint tea in the world. Whole peppermint leaves create an incredibly fresh, purifying cup. Caffeine free.
BLOSSOM SWEET FRAGRANT A pure infusion made from the whole dried flowers from specially selected organic camomile plants. Caffeine free.
APPLE TART CITRUS FRESH The warmth of apple and the freshness of mint finished off with baby rose buds. Caffeine free.
TART FRUIT JAM Winner of a Gold Great Taste Award and absolutely bursting with fresh berry taste. This will blow you away. Caffeine free.
SPARKLY ROOTS FRAGRANT Japanese green sencha tea with ginseng, ginger and pinapple. A true feelgood tea.
MULLED WINE CITRUS AROMATIC A specially selected naturally sweet black tea with apple, corriander, cloves and cardamom.
